March 6, 2019 - Support of Graduate Student Union #NoCarveOut Bargaining Effort

GSC Departmental representatives passed the resolution in support of the HGSU-UAW bargaining efforts for a neutral third party grievance procedure that covers sexual harassment and other forms of harassment.

March 6, 2019 - Ratification of Ivy Plus Graduate and Professional Student Group Constitution

GSC Departmental representatives passed the resolution ratifying a first constitution for the Ivy Plus group which establishes fair rules for hosting Ivy+ summit and admitting new schools into the Ivy+ network.

April  6, 2016 - Resolution condeming Harvard's choice to sign on to the amicus brief 

GSC Departmental representatives passed the resolution condeming condeming Harvard's choice to sign on to the amicus brief stating they beleive Harvard students should not have the right to unionize.

November 4, 2015 - Resolution to Support the HGSU

GSC Departmental representatives passed the resolution to support graduate student workers of HGSU-UAW. 

November 4, 2015 - Remove the GSC Fee Waiver Ability

The GSC fee is now required for all GSAS students (unless demonstrating financial hardship). 

May 7, 2014 - Motion to Cap FAS Section Size

GSC Departmental Representatives unanimously passed this Motion to Cap FAS Section Size as well as the attached addendum.

Amidst abusive police conduct at UC Berkeley and UC Davis, the Undergraduate Council and then the GSC passed this Resolution to Express Solidarity with Non-Violent Protest at American Universities.
